ITR has been notified that users are currently experiencing issues enrolling Windows 10 devices for NUSecure. We have opened a support case with our vendor to resolve this issue. More information will be posted here when possible.
Our Internet Service Provider(ISP), is having a communication problem connecting to the remote.neumann.edu server which controls off-site access to our network.
