If Adobe Acrobat DC is asking for a serial key or asking to sign in, close out of the application.
Relaunch the application by click the Start Menu, then click/select Adobe Acrobat DC
Upon launching the software you will be greeted by a window stating “Sign In Required. Please sign in with your Adobe ID” Choose/Click the “Sign In Now” button
On the next window select/click the option “Sign in with an Enterprise ID”
On the next window enter your full Neumann University email address, then choose/click the blue “Sign In with an Enterprise ID” button. This will redirect you to a login page similar to the MyNU sign-in page.
On the sign in page enter your Neumann University username and password, then choose Login. It will authenticate the software and be ready to use in few seconds.
