From the Outlook client menu, select File
Click on the Account Settings Box
Click on Account Settings in the window that opens.
Click on Change in the window that opens
Click on the More Settings box in the window that opens
Select the Advanced Tab on the window that opens
From the Mailboxes window select ADD
In the Add mailbox window type name of the mailbox user you are adding. IE: Alumni or PETERSD and then click OK.
Click OK to return to the Change E-mail Account window
Click Next, then Finish, then Close
Your new mailbox should appear at the bottom of your Mail Folder Tree.
