Connecting to NUSecure

Neumann University offers a secure wireless network called NUSecure. To connect, your device must have an authentication certificate installed which encrypts traffic to and from your device and our network. To install this certificate to your device visit our enrollment wizard which is available online at You can access the enrollment wizard via our public network (NU_Students) or from any other internet connection.

Once you arrive at the enrollment wizard page, check the box to accept the terms and conditions of our network, then press Start.

Next select “Log In” to provide your credentials. Select “Visitor” if you don’t have a username and password to get a temporary pass to the secure network.

If you’ve selected “Log In”, enter your username and password on the next screen.

Once you’re logged in, the next step is to configure your device for NUSecure. To do this, you must download and run an application on your device. The application is supported on Windows, Mac OSX, Android, and iOS devices. The application will notify you of any potential issues on your system and, in most cases, will automatically fix the issues for you so you can proceed to connect to NUSecure.
