Examplify Unable to Upload Exam { Windows }

These instructions only work for Microsoft 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 10. Alternate versions of Windows 10, such as Windows RT and Windows 10 S, are NOT supported at this time.

In addition Chromebooks and ChromeOS do not work with the Examsoft Examplify platform.

Sometimes after you finish an exam you will be greeted with this “Unable to Upload” error. This occurs because the testing environment is sandboxed, one aspect of that sandbox is to disable certain internet components during the test to prevent cheating. If those components do not come on after the exam has ended, Examplify is unable to upload your test answer thus, you receive said error.

If you receive an upload error, check that you have a working internet connection and select Retry Upload. If this fails, you can select Exit. By returning to the Examplify dashboard, the upload will continue to be reattempted. The exam will show under a Pending Upload section until successfully uploaded.

Should the exam still fail to upload, follow the steps below to rectify the issue.{ This process will have you reset all network settings and then reboot your computer. Do not worry as the exam/answer file is securely store locally on your computer, so the is no risk of losing any work. }

First click the Start menu, then click the Settings icon.

Next click Network & Internet

Then click Status, from that screen choose the option Network Reset

On the following page choose “Reset now”

Next click “Yes” on the prompt, then choose “Close” on the next prompt. Now reboot your computer

Finally once you computer comes back up, reconnect to the open WiFi network NUStudent6, then log into Examplify. You exam should immediately be uploaded.
