Neumann University uses spam filtering services from AppRiver for employee email. The portal which you will use to view your held spam is called SpamLab. When your employee account is created, your SpamLab account is also created. The SpamLab portal is located at https://cp.appriver.com, or you can find the link under Quick Links on the homepage of this site.
To get started with SpamLab, you will need to set a password for your SpamLab account. SpamLab accounts are not synced to your email password. To set your password for the first time, or if you’ve forgotten it, click the “Forgot Password” link on the SpamLab login page, enter your email address and fill out the CAPTCHA, then click Reset. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link which will allow you to set your password.
Once you’re logged in, you are sent to the SpamLab homepage. The Home tab shows you various statistics on the amount of spam your account is receiving.
The Quarantine tab shows you the list of messages that have been held as Spam or Malware, as well as any messages that you have Released or Deleted from SpamLab.
The Report Settings tab will allow you to opt-in to receiving held-spam reports daily, and optionally updated reports up to every 2 hours.
