Setting up a Conference Call through Outlook
To start setting up a conference call through Outlook, open Outlook. Once in Outlook, click the calendar icon, shown in the picture above.
After selecting the calendar, choose either "New Appointment" of "New Meeting" as shown above. Alternatively, you can double click on the date to create an event. With this method you will want to uncheck the all day option, marked with the red arrow.
Once the Appointment or Meeting is created there is an icon on the top right of the screen, Conference, that will all you to create a conference call within the appointment/meeting invite. It should look similar to the image below.
After clicking the desk phone icon, the option to "Add New Conference Bridge" will be available.
After selecting "Add New Conference Bridge", options to name the bridge and set Organizer and Participant codes will be available.
