Media Services provides audiovisual & multimedia support to all faculty, staff and students.We are located on the ground floor of the Bachmann Main Building (BMB 14) and our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 8:00pm and Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Classroom Audiovisual Support:

Our office provides support of all the classrooms audiovisual equipment. All standard classrooms have a permanently installed computer, LCD projector, sound reinforcement and the capability of playing a DVD video. We are constantly upgrading equipment and have been installing interactive technology, document cameras and classroom response receivers.

Event & Meeting Support:

Our office offers assistance with preparation, setup, support & breakdown of University events & meetings that require audiovisual equipment. Please allow ample notice so we can assure we will have the equipment available and schedule the appropriate staff for support. Requests can be made by coming to our office, through e-mail, or over the phone.

Equipment Sign-Out:

Various pieces of portable production equipment can be signed out by faculty, staff, and students. These requests can be made by stopping down to our office.

This equipment includes; Digital Audio Recorders, Digital Video Camcorders, and tripods. Faculty and Staff can sign out LCD Projectors for off campus meetings/seminars.

Video Conferencing:

We support the University’s video conference equipment; our systems offer two-way interactive conferencing utilizing IP based communications.

Production Spaces:

Our office provides supports and lends assistance to the users of the University’s Television Studio, Radio Station, and Digital Media Lab.

Multimedia Development:

Media Services can duplicate & digitally capture various copyright free audio & video formats; we can transfer various formats to DVD, CD & digital formats. We also have the capabilities to stream these audio or video sources. We are unable to stream copyrighted video or audio files, but please check with the publisher as they may give you permission to stream their video or audio files, others may not.


Media Services will be glad to consult with you on presentation design, professional AV setup, and multimedia creation/duplication.
